We hire operators: people who have run stores, budgets or supply chains and can show their work.
We keep the process short: an introductory conversation, a paid practical exercise reflecting real work, and a final discussion with the managing director.
Contractors and specialists are engaged under written agreements with defined scope, rates and payment terms.
We do not have a public vacancy list at all times. Speculative applications are welcome from performance marketers, e-commerce operations specialists, product developers and brand designers.

Our base is Albuquerque, New Mexico, and the team works on Mountain Time. Remote arrangements are possible where responsibilities allow.
